Abarth is FIAT's performance marque — Carlo Abarth's scorpion badge has sharpened small Fiats since 1949, and since 2007 it has meant hot turbocharged versions of the 500 and Punto. All are petrol-engined, so the catalytic converter does the emissions work across the range.
